Orange County Student Leader Training

On Saturday, October 1st, 300 student leaders gathered together to launch FCA on their campuses. They were reminded of the vision of FCA and encouraged to leverage their influence to make an impact for Christ on their campus. Veteran leaders shared ideas and insights from their experience leading FCA and the newcomers got a taste of what it means to be a community on mission.

The students were commissioned by Costa Mesa pastor Daniel Orduna. He reminded the students that God is faithful to work on their campus, even if they experience moments of disbelief. Corona del Mar students Peter and Lindsey and Newport Harbor student Matt led the rest of their peers in worship.

I know that God is going to use these students to transform their campuses and communities and I cannot wait to see what he has in store for this school year.
